Ghauri Town Islamabad Area Guide
Ghauri Town was launched back in the 2000s, and is situated in Islamabad’s Zones IV and V — located on the main Islamabad Expressway and Main Lehtrar Road, through Ghauri Garden Road. Ghauri Town is divided into seven phases as Phase 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8. However, Phases 7 & 8 are currently undergoing development work, because of which property prices are significantly low here — in contrast to nearby housing communities. Phases 1 to 5 are fully developed, featuring uninterrupted supply of water, gas and electricity. The developers of Ghauri Town initiated the venture to cater to the middle-income segment of the society, and offers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and some 10 Marla plots and houses for sale. The accommodation venture does not feature green belts, wide roads and extensively huge boulevards, parks in every phase and several more facilities offered by societies in the same vicinity.
